1General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between mmm33 and anyone who uses the mmm33 platform. By accessing our website, registering an account, or participating in games in any way, you are considered to have agreed to abide by these Terms from the moment you use the platform.

We strongly encourage you to read these Terms in full before using the platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not continue using our services.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to mmm33's website, mobile website, and all related digital services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any person registered on the mmm33 platform.
• "Services" refers to all casino games, football betting, live casino, and other game types available on the platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account a player opens on the mmm33 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to monetary or reward values given to players through promotions by mmm33.

2Account Opening and Management

2.1 Registration

To play on the mmm33 platform, you must create a valid account. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete personal details, including your name, national ID number, contact phone number, and payment information.

2.2 Single Account

Only one account per player is allowed. If we find that duplicate accounts have been opened by the same person, the same household, the same device, or from the same IP address, we may cancel any remaining bonuses and close the accounts.

2.3 Account Security

You must keep your account login details and password confidential and must not share them with anyone. The account may only be used by you personally. We do not allow any third party to play on your account, or for the account to be lent or sold.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

If we find that the information provided during registration is inaccurate, we may suspend withdrawals and investigate the account. Accounts found to have provided false information with intent to deceive may be closed and funds in those accounts may be frozen without notice.

3Age Restriction

The mmm33 platform is only open to players aged 21 and above. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to access any of our services.

If a player under 21 is found to have opened an account using false information and played on the platform, we reserve the right to freeze all funds earned from play, including any bonus amounts, without refund.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

The mmm33 platform accepts the following payment methods:

• KBZPay
• Wave Money
• AYA Pay
• Bank Transfer

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum amount per deposit is 20,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Once we receive a withdrawal request, it will normally be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must meet the following requirements:

• Your personal identity verification must be completed.
• For bonus funds, withdrawals are only permitted after the relevant wagering requirement has been met.
• Withdrawals will be sent back via the same payment method used for the deposit. If the amount exceeds the original deposit, it will be sent to your registered bank account.

4.5 Currency and Processing

All currency on the platform is calculated in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only. Any bank charges that arise during deposits or withdrawals are the player's responsibility and we are not liable for them.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors at mmm33 will receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to 300,000 Ks.

Example: deposit 20,000 Ks and you get a 30,000 Ks bonus, making your total balance 50,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus amount 30,000 Ks × 20 = 600,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. This means you must play through the bonus money 20 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Example: deposit 420,000 Ks and you get a 300,000 Ks bonus, making your total balance 720,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus amount 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• If we find that a player has opened duplicate accounts to claim the bonus more than once, those accounts may be closed.
• We reserve the right to change, suspend, or stop any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Some games may have restrictions on how they contribute to wagering requirements, so please read the terms of the relevant offer carefully.

5.4 VIP Program

Players can move up through VIP levels based on their play points. There are 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As your VIP level rises, your weekly cashback rate increases from 0.2% at Bronze up to 1.2% at Diamond.

6Game Rules and Fairness

mmm33 is committed to providing players with a fair gaming environment. We use certified technology so that the fairness of our games can be verified.

6.1 Game Results

Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator, so no one can predict or control the outcome in advance. This ensures that every player has an equal and unbiased chance.

6.2 Game Disputes

If a player is unhappy with a decision on any game outcome, they can contact us any time via 24/7 Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. We will review all complaints and resolve them fairly.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during play, we will notify the player immediately, void the affected game, and return any funds staked in that game. Any bonus discrepancies caused by an error may be cancelled by us.

7Prohibited Actions

Players must strictly avoid the following actions:

• Cheating by obtaining game results in advance and placing bets based on that knowledge.
• Exploiting software bugs or using any technical means related to fraudulent manipulation of bonus programs.
• Making any payment transaction connected to money laundering.
• Identity fraud — secretly obtaining another person's personal details and using their account to play.
• Automated access — playing or accessing the platform using tools such as bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Reverse engineering any software on our website or attempting to infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Unauthorized access — attempting to access the service by any means that is not permitted.

Any other attempt to interfere with or undermine our services is also prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and legal action will be taken.

8Personal Data and Security

Players' personal data will be protected and managed in accordance with mmm33's Privacy Policy.

8.1 Financial Verification

As part of our anti-money laundering measures, we monitor player activity and may place a hold on withdrawals if suspicious payment patterns are detected, pending further investigation.

8.2 KYC (Know Your Customer)

For large withdrawal amounts or in cases where verification is required, we may request the following documents from the player: a copy of their national ID, proof of address, and any reference that can be used to verify their payment account. Withdrawals will be held until these checks are completed.

8.3 SSL Protection

9Service Suspension and Closure

9.1 Player Account Closure

Players are welcome to close their account. Before doing so, the player must withdraw all remaining non-bonus funds.

9.2 mmm33's Right to Close Accounts

If a player is found to have violated these terms, their account may be suspended or closed without prior notice, and:

• We reserve the right to recover any funds or winnings obtained by the player.
• Amounts related to the violation may be included in the calculation of any damages owed.
• Relevant legal action may be taken regardless of the circumstances.

9.3 Self-Exclusion by the Player

If a player wishes to temporarily or permanently block their account, they can visit the Self-Exclusion section of our Responsible Gaming policy or do so through 24/7 Live Chat.

10Limitation of Liability

mmm33 is not responsible for losses related to gameplay, losses resulting from poor strategy, or losses from games the player chooses to participate in of their own free will.

If losses occur due to website connection issues or server problems, we are generally not liable; however, we will investigate and, if we determine the claim is valid, we will work to provide a fair resolution.

11Changes Policy

mmm33 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the website with a revision date, and players will be notified by email.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If a player does not agree to the updated terms, they may close their account and withdraw any remaining balance.
